小学生处于班级中，受到群体心理的影响。这个群体是以班级为单位的。群体心理不仅仅决定着学生的判断，更极大的决定着学生的行为。而这种判断往往是封闭性的。一旦这种判断形成，无论由此产生的行为产生何种后果，都会被群体认为是判断正确的证明，从而进一步催生更进一步的行动。教师在班级中要想发挥积极作用，就必须对班级的群体心理进行有效掌控，形成有利于教育目标的判断指向。
