血塞通软胶囊活血化瘀的药效学研究

Experimental study of the Xuesaitong soft capsule on platelet aggregation and four blood coagulation parmeters in rats

目的:对血塞通软胶囊活血化瘀的作用进行药效学评价。方法:采用血塞通软胶囊灌胃给药7d,颈动脉采血观察血塞通软胶囊对正常大鼠血小板聚集及凝血四项指标的影响;采用冰水浴联合皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素的方法制备血瘀大鼠模型,观察血塞通软胶囊对血瘀大鼠血小板聚集及凝血四项指标的影响。结果:血塞通软胶囊(56、28mg/kg)能显著抑制正常大鼠及血瘀大鼠血小板聚集(P<0.05),同时血塞通软胶囊(56mg/kg)能明显延长血瘀大鼠TT和APTT,减少FIB(P<0.05)。但血塞通软胶囊(56、28、14mg/kg)对正常大鼠凝血四项指标均无明显的影响(P>0.05)。结论:血塞通软胶囊具活血化瘀作用,其活血化瘀作用可能对视网膜中央静脉栓塞有治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong soft capsule （XST） on platelet aggregation and four blood coagulation parmeters in normal and blood stasis rats, and provide the experimental basis for the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion. Meth- ods Xuesaitong soft capsule i. g. in rats for 7days. Carotid artery blood in normal rats was used to assay platelet aggregation and four blood coagulation parmeters. The blood stasis rat model were established by epinephrine hydrochloride subcu - taneous injection and ice water immertion. Platelet aggregation and four blood coagulation parmeters in blood stasis rats were observed. Results XST （56, 28mg/kg） could obviously prevent platelet aggregation in normal and blood stasis rats （P 〈 0. 05）. XST （56mg/kg） could significantly increase the time of Tr and APTT （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and reduce the content of FIB in blood stasis rats （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But XST （56, 28, 14mg/kg） had no effect on four blood coagulation panneters in normal rats （P 〉 O. 05）. Conclusion XST can improve the platelet aggregation and four blood coagulation parmeters in the hypercoagulable state, and indicate that XST has the treatment effect of central retinal vein occlusion.
