β-葡聚糖对花鲈免疫和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Dietary β-glucan on Immunity and Antioxidation Indices in Japanese Seabass Lateolabrax japonicus

摘要 通过室内循环水养殖试验和氨氮急性应激试验,研究了饲料中添加β-葡聚糖对花鲈免疫和抗氧化指标的影响。选用体质量为(8.35±0.17)g的花鲈720尾,随机分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,分别投喂基础饲料和添加200、400、600、800、1000mg/kgβ-葡聚糖的试验饲料。6周生长试验结束后,对花鲈进行非离子氨质量浓度为3.29mg/L的氨氮应激试验,持续时间为96h。结果显示,与对照组相比,400-800mg/kg组免疫球蛋白M含量显著升高(P〈0.05),各添加组补体3含量均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。400-800mg/kg组血清碱性磷酸酶活性、400mg/kg组血清酸性磷酸酶活性、200-600mg/kg组血清一氧化氮含量显著高于对照组和其他添加组(P〈0.05)。与对照组相比,400mg/kg组血清总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P〈0.05),400-800mg/kg组丙二醛含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。各组血清过氧化氢酶活性差异不显著(P〉0.05)。应激后,200-600mg/kg组碱性磷酸酶活性、400mg/kg组和600mg/kg组酸性磷酸酶活性、400mg/kg组总抗氧化能力与对照组相比显著升高;400mg/kg组和600mg/kg组丙二醛含量显著降低。试验结果表明,饲料中添加适量β-葡聚糖能提高花鲈的免疫和抗氧化水平。 A feeding trial and an ammonia stress test were conducted to evaluate effects of dietaryβ-glucan on immunity and antioxidation index in Japanese seabass(Lateolabrax japonicus).Japanese seabass juveniles with an initial body weight of(8.35±0.17)g were stocked into four cages and fed the diets containingβ-glucan at a rate of 0(basal diet,control group,G0),200(G200),400(G400),600(G600),800(G800),and 1000(G1000)mg/kg for 6weeks.At the end of the experiment,the antioxidative indices were determined in Japanese seabass exposed to ammonia chloride(un-ionized nitrogen 3.29mg/L)stress for 96 h.The results showed that the immunoglobulin M(IgM)content was increased significantly in G400,G600 and G800groups compared with G0group(P〈0.05).There was significantly higher in the complement 3(C3)content in the Japanese seabass fed the diets supplementedβ-glucan than that in G0group(P〈0.05).The serum alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity was significantly higher in G400,G600,and G800 groups than in G0(P〈0.05).The serum acid phosphatase(ACP)activity in G400,and nitric oxide(NO)contents in G200,G400,and G600 groups were increased significantly compared with the other groups(P〈0.05).Compared with G0 group,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in G400 were increased significantly and the malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in G400,G600,and G800 groups were significantly lower(P〈0.05).No significant difference in catalase(CAT)activity was observed in all groups(P〉0.05).The 96hun-ionized nitrogen stress revealed that the serum AKP activity in G200—G600,ACP activity in G400—G600and T-AOC in G400 were found to be increased significantly compared with G0 group,that the MDA contents were decreased in G400 and G600groups.In conclusion,the findings indicated that dietaryβ-glucan improved the immune and antioxidation levels in Japanese seabass.
