基于快速城市化中小城镇“三旧”改造规划研究--以东莞市凤岗镇“三旧”改造为例

Study on“Three Old”Transformation Planning Based on the Rapid Urbanization of Small and Medium-sized Towns-- “Three Old”Transformation in Fenggang Town of Dongguan City, for Example

在城市化快速发展的背景下，小城镇旧城更新改造已是城市发展不容回避的问题。本文通过对凤岗镇“三旧”改造专项规划的分析，借鉴国内外相关经验，提出了具有鲜明特点的规划思路、模式及方案等，希望能对其他小城镇的城市化发展起到积极地推动作用。

Under the background of rapid urbanization, the old city renewal and reconstruction of smal towns has been an unavoidable problem in urban development. By analyzing special planning of ＂three old＂ transformation of FengGang town, based on the relevant experience at home and abroad for reference, the planning ideas, pat erns and solutions and etc. which have distinctive features are put forward in this article, hoping to play a positive role in promoting urbanization development in other smal cities and towns.
