小城镇是我国城乡网络体系中的重要内容。在城镇化建设过程中，应在城乡统筹的规划策略下，推动小城镇化建设。实施以城乡统筹发展为导向的城镇化战略，可以缩小城乡差距，从而促进我国城乡互动的和谐发展。

Smal towns are the important content in the urban and rural network system in our country. In the process of urbanization construction, under the urban and rural overal planning strategy, smal urbanization construction should be promoted. Implementing urbanization strategy guided by urban and rural development as a whole, the gap between urban and rural wil be narrowed, and the interactive and harmonious development between urban and rural areas in China wil be promoted.
