With urban development and construction in different stages, more and more urban plans are changed fi＇om the ambitious ＂big planning＂ of show planners into ＂little planning＂, which becomes much strong in operability, and much more people-oriented. How does this change happen？ ＂What are the qualities of the little planning？＂ All the questions are discussed by combining the local practice project in this article.
