本文分析国内外城市综合体规划建设的历程和特征，结合泸州构建区域中心城市的发展需求，树立土地价值链，优化、重构功能布局。在多维度空间上，探索了超大尺度城市综合体的功能组织开发模式。

This paper analyzes the course and features of the planning and construction of complex in domestic and international city, combing with the development needs of building regional central city of Luzhou, sets up the land value chain, to optimize and reconstruct the functional layout. In the multi-dimensional space, it explores the function organization development model of large scale city complex.
