摘要
当前，防水施工作为建筑施工中的技术重点，若能够减少由建筑物渗水而产生的质量问题，则会使得建筑物的寿命得到延长，从而更好地保障人们的财产及生命安全。在此，本文就对住宅建筑中防水施工的要点进行了探究。
At present, the waterproof construction as the technical key in the building construction. If people can reduce the building water penetration through its quality problems, the structure of the extended service life can be prolonged and bet er safeguard people＆#39;s property and life safety. Base on this, this paper carries on the discussion of waterproof construction essentials in residential building.
