随着能源短缺矛盾的加剧，节能显得更为重要，越来越受到重视，在房建施工中体现得尤为明显。文章首先简述了节能技术的重要性；然后结合实例，分析了应用中的不足；最后从屋面、门窗、墙体等方面，对其在房屋施工中的实际应用进行了分析。

As the aggravate that the energy shortage contradiction, energy saving is more important and taken at ention more and more seriously, which is especial y apparent in housing construction. In this paper, the importance of energy saving technology was briefly described, and the shortage of application was analyzed combined with some examples. Final y, the practical application in housing construction was analyzed from the sides of roof, Windows, walls, etc.
