建筑高能耗不仅仅影响到我国的经济发展，更不利于环境保护，与可持续发展战略背道而驰。因此，笔者根据多年的施工经验，详细分析了我国建筑能耗情况，同时对如何改进施工技术、降低建筑能耗的相关措施做了阐述。

Building energy consumption not only impact on Chinese economic development, but also more conducive to environmental protection and run counter to the sustainable development strategy. Therefore, based on years of construction experience, the author analyzes the situation of Chinese building energy consumption and elaborates the relevant measures of how to improve the construction technology and reduce building energy consumption at the same time.
