建筑施工中存在浪费严重、重复建设、资金严重短缺、整体运转效率不高、企业的成本负担重等诸多问题，使得建筑单位资金管理有效性较低，严重制约了建筑企业经济效益的增长。文章对如何提高建筑经济管理中资金建设的实效性问题进行了研究。

There are the problems of serious waste, redundant construction, capital shortage, less efficiency of overal operating and the heavy cost burden to enterprise in the construction, which leads to low effectiveness in funds management of Construction Company and severely restricts the growth of economy in the construction enterprises. The article studies how to improve the effectiveness of capital construction in the construction economic management.
