本文从深厚的人文底蕴、规整的街道环境、紧凑的建筑布局、独特的历史沿革三个方面，分析了天津原日租界地区的风貌。通过对现状的调查，总结了近代建筑遗产在保护与利用方面的问题，提出了更加优化的建议。

Starting from three aspects of the cultural atm-osphere, neat street environment, compact construction layout and unique reform history, the original features of original Japanese concession in Tianjin are analyzed in this paper.
