做好房屋建筑工程质量控制和管理，对提升工程进度具有重要作用，也对建筑物建成使用后的安全问题构成了影响。本文基于工程实例，根据目前房屋建设质量控制及管理所反映的实际问题提出了几点解决措施，希望对提升质量管理水平有所借鉴。

Quality control and management of housing construction plays an important role in promoting the progress of the project. It also has impact on the building safety. Based on engineering examples, according to the actual problems of the current quality control and management of housing construction the author proposed several solutions, hoping the solutions are to be helpful to enhance the quality of management level.
