摘要
本文通过调查严寒地区高校用能现状，分析了用能存在的问题，提出了适合严寒地区高校节约型校园建设的措施。
This paper through the investigation of university status in cold area, analyzes the existing problems of energy using, puts forward saving measures for the construction of university campus in cold area.
