摘要
工程造价决定并制约着项目的成败，同时也决定着企业能否长远发展。当前，在市场定价机制下，市政工程造价存在较多风险。本文主要讨论了如何选取合适的参数，以及建立投资估算的快速估算费用模型在实际工作中的应用。
The project cost not only decides and restricts the success or failure of the project, but also determines whether the enterprise can have a long-term development. At present, in the market pricing mechanism, there is more risk of municipal engineering cost. This paper mainly discussed how to select the appropriate parameters and the application of the establishment of rapid cost estimate model in practical work.
