摘要
目前，由于很多施工企业为了加快施工进度，缩减了施工成本，获取了更多的经济利润，造成了房屋建筑工程的诸多质量问题。因此，施工监理是非常有必要的。本文对房屋建筑施工监理中的常见问题以及对策进行了简要分析。
At present, in order to speed up the construction progress, to reduce the construction cost and to obtain more economic profits, a lot of construction enterprises have caused the quality problems of housing construction project. Therefore, the construction supervision is very necessary. This paper analyzed the common problems and countermeasures in the housing construction supervision.
