建筑企业安全生产事故问题日益严重，已经阻碍了建筑行业的顺利发展。本文对建筑企业的安全生产事故管理方式进行了分析，提出了建筑企业对安全生产事故应急管理的措施，仅供读者参考。

The safety production accident of construction enterprise has happened more commonly which has hindered the development of construction industry. In this paper, the author has carried on an analysis of management model of the safety production accident of the construction enterprise and proposed emergency management measures to the safety accidents, for reference.
