在我国经济发展的过程中，水利水电工程占据着重要的位置，因此做好水利水电工程造价的管理与控制有着重要的意义。文章着重分析了水利水电工程造价管理中的问题，并结合实际内容，简单阐述了水利水电工程造价的管理与控制措施。

In the process of economic development, water conservancy and hydro-power engineering occupies an important position, so the management and control of water conesrvancy and hydro-power project cost is of great significance. This paper focused on the analysis of the problems of cost management of water conservancy and hydro-power engineering and briefly discussed the measures of management and control in water conservancy and hydro-power project combined with the actual projects.
