星瑙灵对高血压病患者血压波动性影响的研究

Research on the effects of Seniovita on blood pressure fluctuation in patients with Hypertension

目的观察星瑙灵对高血压病患者血压波动性的影响。方法选择本院神经内科门诊病例52例,随机分为2组。联合用药组(26例)常规给予卡托普利基础治疗后加用星瑙灵治疗,卡托普利组(26例)仅给予卡托普利治疗,治疗前后行血压波动性检测。结果与卡托普利组治疗后的比较,联合用药组治疗后血压波动性明显减小(P<0.05)。结论星瑙灵联合卡托普利治疗高血压,不仅降压效果好,还可降低血压的波动性。

Objective To observe Seniovita affect blood pressure fluctuation in patients with hypertension.Methods 52 cases randomly selected from our hospital neurology clinical cases were divided into two groups.Combined therapy group （26 cases）routinely were given foundation treatment such as captopril,and added Seniovita at the same time.Captopril group （26 cases） were only given captopril treatment.The two groups were given blood pressure fluctuation detection before and after treatment.Results Compared with the captopril group after treatment,the blood pressure fluctuation of combined therapy group were decreased （P＜0.05）.Conclusions It was good to treat high blood pressure which used Seniovita and captopril at the same time,not only could reduce blood pressure fluctuations.
