摘要
目的探讨血清Apelin水平与代谢综合征患者代谢指标的相关性。方法纳入289例研究对象,以其中肥胖且健康对象为观察A组(n=53),免疫反应性高血糖素患者为观察B组(n=49),2型糖尿病患者为观察C组(n=108),非肥胖且健康对象为对照组(n=79)。检测对象血清Apelin、空腹胰岛素、血糖、血压、体重、身高,计算胰岛素抵抗指数和体重指数,分析血清Apelin与代谢指标的相关性。结果血清Apelin、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、舒张压、收缩压均呈观察C组>观察B组>观察A组>对照组趋势,且各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察A组、观察B组、观察C组体重指数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清Apelin与空腹血糖(r=0.384)、餐后2 h血糖(r=0.425)、空腹胰岛素(r=0.491)、胰岛素抵抗指数(r=0.527)、舒张压(r=0.486)、收缩压(r=0.372)均存在明显的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论代谢综合征患者血清Apelin会异常升高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、舒张压、收缩压均与血清Apelin存在独立正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum apelin level and metabolic indices in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods 289 cases were selected as the research object, whose admission time were during November 2010 and December 2012. Cases with obese and healthy were in group A(n=53); the cases with high glucagon immunoreactivity were in group B(n=49); cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were in group C(n=108); cases of non obese and healthy were in the control group(n =79). Serum apelin, fasting insulin, blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, height were measured. Insulin resistance index and body mass index were calculated. Relationship between serum apelin level and metabolic index were analyzed. Results The serum apelin, fasting insulin, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, insulin resistance index, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure all showed a trend of group C 〉group B 〉group A 〉the control group,and the difference between each groups were statistically significant(P 〈0.05).While the weight index of group A, group B and group C were significantly higher than that in the control group(P 〈0.05).Serum apelin level was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose(r =0.384),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(r =0.425),fasting insulin(r =0.491),insulin resistance index(r =0.527),diastolic blood pressure(r =0.486),and systolic blood pressure(r =0.372)(P 〈0.05). Conclusion Serum apelin level is higher in patients with metabolic syndrome. Serum apelin level was independently positively correlated with fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, diastolic blood pressure, and systolic blood pressure.
