一起人感染H7N9禽流感聚集性病例的流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation on a clustered cases of human infections with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus

目的调查一起人感染H7N9禽流感聚集性病例的流行病学特征,分析病例的感染来源和传播途径。方法收集病例的临床、实验室检测、流行病学等资料,对病例的家庭环境、可疑暴露市场进行现场调查和外环境采样。结果共发现2例病例,病例为堂兄妹关系,病例家庭环境和可疑暴露市场标本均检测出H7N9禽流感病毒。结论 2例病例所在家庭发生一起人感染H7N9禽流感聚集性疫情,由共同暴露引起的可能性大,感染来源为自家饲养的鸡。

Objective To investigate the epidemic characters of a clustered cases of human infections with avian influenza A（H7N9） virus,analyze the source of infection and route of transmission. Methods Clinical, laboratory and epidemiological data were collected. Samples were collected from the environment of the infected families and suspected market. Results 2 cases were found and they were cousins. Specimens of family environment and suspected market were detected for the avian influenza A（H7N9） virus. Conclusion A cluster outbreak of human infections with avian influenza A（H7N9） virus was occurred, probably caused by common exposure, infected from breeding chick.
