介绍一种卧位安装立体定向框架的方法 被引量:2

摘要 基于框架的立体定向术中,受定向仪有效工作范围的限制,框架安装不当,可能无法定位或妨碍术中操作.经典方法采用耳钉固定,容易在旋紧固定钢钉时,因框架移位造成病人外耳道剧烈疼痛.对意识不清或卧床病人,安装框架更加困难.我们使用LEKSELL-G型立体定向仪,采用了一种卧位安装法较好地解决这一难题,介绍如下.
