喀喇昆仑高原官兵皮肤病流行病学调查研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究喀喇昆仑高原进驻者皮肤病流行病学特点。方法:由皮肤科医师按照统一调查方案对喀喇昆仑高原与兰州地区居住1年以上的某部官兵进行皮肤病普查,并对其可能的影响因素进行分析。结果:与兰州地区进驻者比较,喀喇昆仑高原进驻者部分皮肤病患病率显著增加。共发现36个病种,其中寻常痤疮、高原指甲凹陷症、高原性脱发、慢性唇炎和日光性皮炎是最常见的病种,共253例,占全部被调查对象的54.29%。结论:喀喇昆仑高原进驻者皮肤病谱有所不同,高原指甲凹陷症、高原性脱发和慢性唇炎的患病率显著增高。寻常痤疮、高原指甲凹陷症、高原性脱发、慢性唇炎和日光性皮炎是最常见的皮肤病。 Objective:To study the epidemiologieal characteristics of dermatosis in the Karakorum plat- eau. Methods:The subjects garrisoning Karakorum plateau for over 1 year were examined according to the dermatosis investigation program and the men garrisoning Lanzhou for over 1 year were chosen as con- trols. All the possible inducing factors of dermatosis were investigated. Results:The incidence rate of der- matosis in the Karakorum plateau garrison was much higher than that in Lanzhou garrison. We found alto- gether 36 kinds of dermatosis, in which ache vulgaris, koilonychin, alopecia, chronic cheilitis and solar dermatitis were common, accounting for 54.29% (253 cases). Conclusion:The dermatosis in Karakorum plateau were different from that in Lanzhou. The incidence rate of koilonychin, alopeeia and chronic cheili tis increased significantly. Ache vulgaris, koilonyehin, alopecia and chronic cheilitis are the most common dematosis.
