上颌后牙区种植的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:总结上颌后牙种植修复的特点和方法。方法:我科自2006年4月至2009年4月期间采用常规种植或加骨挤压、上颌窦内提升、上颌窦外提升、使用短种植体技术、倾斜种植技术等方法,共完成上颌后牙种植病例85例,174颗种植体,术后随访平均时间为5年8个月(5~8年)。结果:无上颌窦炎症发生,2颗脱落,余牙X线复查显示种植体周围无阴影,成功率98.85%。结论:上颌后牙缺失的病例,应用CBCT观察缺牙区骨质骨量情况,结合患者对种植手术的依从性,综合考虑,分别采用不同种植方法,可以减少创伤,降低费用,增加成功率。 Objective:To summarize the characteristics and methods of dental implants in the maxillary posterior. Methods:From A-pril 2006 to April 2009,a total of 174 implants were consecutively placed within 85 patients in stomatology department,using the meth-ods of common implant,minimally invasive bone extrusion,open maxillary sinus floor elevation,close maxillary sinus floor elevation, short implant,tilted implant and so on. The mean time of follow up was 5 years and 8months(5-8years). Results:There were no clinical complaint of the maxillary sinus area,and X-ray exam showed well osseointegration in the other implants postoperatively. The cumulative success rate was 98. 85%. Conclusion:According to CBCT,bone mass in edentulous ridge and compliance of patient towards the im-plant surgery in missing posterior teeth cases,using the different implanting methods could lead to less trauma,less costs and higher success rate.
