蛋白质组学技术是最近几年逐渐兴起的差异蛋白质检测和鉴定技术,在生物学领域得到了广泛的应用。变应性鼻炎、鼻息肉、鼻窦炎等是鼻腔常见的良性疾病,其发病机制及病理过程还有待深入研究。就近几年来蛋白质组学在鼻腔良性疾病中的应用进行了综述。

Proteomics is a new kind of technology in detection and identification of the different expressed proteins and has been widely used in the field of biology.Allergic rhinitis,sinusitis and nasal polyps are common nasal benign diseases which need deep research of the pathogenesis and pathological processes.In this paper,the recent application of proteomics in nasal benign disease is reviewed.
