摘要
miRNA是一类长约18~24个核苷酸的高度保守性的小分子非编码RNA,主要通过与特异性靶基因miRNA 3’-UTR区结合来调控基因的表达。miRNA与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、胚胎发育、组织器官等形成以及多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。新近研究显示,内皮型miRNA对心血管内皮细胞生理功能具重要的调节作用。本文就miRNA对血管内皮细胞功能调节的研究进展作一概述。
miRNAs are a class of highly conserved small molecules of about 18 ~ 24 nucleotides non-coding RNAs regulating gene expression by binding to the specific target gene mRNA 3’-UTR. It has been shown that miRNAs are related to the process of cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,embryonic development,tissue and organ formation as well as the development of a variety of diseases. Recently,studies have shown that some miRNAs play an important role in regulation function of human endothelial cell. In this review,we focus on discussing miRNAs’ role in the regulation function of human endothelial cell.
