摘要 早期生长反应因子1(Egr-1)参与多种疾病的病理生理过程,包括细胞增殖分化及凋亡、炎症反应、、血栓形成、细胞外基质的合成和降解以及DNA修复等。近年来,Egr-1在动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中的作用日渐受到关注,本文就其促动脉粥样硬化的可能机制作一综述。 Early growth response 1( Egr-1) is involved in a variety of pathophysiological changes,including cell proliferation differentiation and apoptosis,inflammation,synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix,and DNA repair,and so on. In recent years,accumulating evidences show that Egr-1 is over-expressed during the development of atherosclerosis. This article will review some literatures on the mechanisms of atherosclerosis involved with Egr-1.
