摘要
目的探讨新生儿瞬态诱发耳声发射(transient evoked otoacoustic emissions,TEOAE)通过率的影响因素。方法对17 131名新生儿进行TEOAE检测,对新生儿听力筛查资料进行Logistic回归分析和χ2检验。结果在多因素logistic回归分析中,胎数比较差异无统计学意义;听力损失高危因素、胎龄和性别比较差异均有统计学意义。在χ2检验中,胎数经分组分析P>0.05;高危因素、胎龄和性别的分组分析,P均<0.05。结论性别是TEOAE通过率的影响因素,目前尚不能认为听力损失高危因素和胎龄是TEOAE通过率的影响因素。
OBJECTIVE To assess the effect of different factors on the passing rate of transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE) in newborn hearing screening. METHODS A total of 17131 newborn who received TEOAE were studied. The logistic regression analysis of the multiple factors and chi-square test were performed to analyse the result of newborn hearing screening. RESULTS The high risk factor, gestational age and gender showed significant difference in the logistic regression analysis and chi-squarc test (P〈0.05), while the number of fetuses was not (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION Gender is a effective factor of the passing rate of TEOAE in newborn hearing screening.The high risk factor and gestational age are not considered the effective factors of the passing rate of TEOAE.
