益气通窍方治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Qi-Boosting Orifice-Freeing Formula on allergic rhinitis

目的观察评价杨道文经验方益气通窍方加减对变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 50例变应性鼻炎患者,分为治疗组20例,应用益气通窍方加减治疗;对照组30例,应用常规西药治疗。疗程1周,然后比较2组的疗效。结果疗程结束时,治疗组显效75%,有效20%,总效率为95%;对照组显效60%,有效30%,总效率为90%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。疗程结束4周后,治疗组显效85%,有效15%,总效率为100%;对照组显效63.3%,有效30%,总效率93.3%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在改善变应性鼻炎患者临床症状方面,益气通窍方同西医常规治疗作用具有同样疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Qi-Boosting Orifice-Freeing Formula（QBOFF） composed on the basis of Yang Daowen＇clinical experience on allergic rhinitis （AR） through a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 50 cases with AR randomly divided into 2 groups, with 20 cases in treating group （TG） treated only by QBOFF and 30 in controlling group treated by routine chemical drugs. The therapeutic course was lasted for one week for either group. Then, compared between these two groups was their clinical response to different therapies. Results By the end of therapeutic course, the significantly effective rate was 75.0% and effective rate was 20.0% for cases in TG, with a total effective rate of 95.0%, while these rates were 60.0%, 30.0% and 90.0% for those in CG respectively（P〉O.05）. By the end of the fourth week after treatment, these rates were 85%, 15%, 100% for TG, and 63.3%, 30.0%, 93.3% for CG, still with no significantly statistical significance in the therapeutic effect difference between these two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Qi-Boosting Orifice-Freeing Formula holds the similar therapeutic effect on AR in relieving symptoms of this kind of condition as that of routine chemical drugs.
