Study on the extraction of polyphenols from Canarium album roots and the extract's antioxidation activity

摘要 采用乙醇热浸提法对橄榄根中的多酚进行提取及其抗氧化性研究。用焦性没食子酸作标准曲线,通过正交试验对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、温度等条件进行优化。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度40%、料液比1:20、提取时间2 h、温度60℃,在此条件下提取的橄榄根多酚含量为6.01 5 mg/g。橄榄根提取物对羟基自由基具有一定清除能力。 The polyphenols in Canarium album root were extracted by ethanol heat extraction and the antioxidant activity of polyphenols were studied.The ethanol concentration,ratio of material to liquid,extracting time and temperature were optimized though the orthogonal experiment,with a standard curve of pyrogallic acid.The results showed that the optimal parameters were the ethanol concentration 40%,ratio of material to liquid 1:20,extraction time 2 h,temperature 60 °C.Under this condition,polyphenol content extracted from Canarium album root was 6.015 mg/g.Canarium album root extracts had a certain scavenging capacity of hydroxyl radicals.
