摘要
应用硅胶和凝胶层析等分离纯化方法,研究天仙藤(Fibraurea recisa Pierre)乙醇提取物中的化学成分,并采用波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果表明:共分离鉴定了1 8个化合物,分别为番荔枝宁(Xylopinine,1)、紫堇单酚碱(Corydalmine,2)、二十二烷酸(Docosanoic acid,3)、巴马汀(Palmatine,4)、药根碱(Jatrorrhizine,5)、小檗碱(Berberine,6)、四氢巴马汀(Tetrahydropalmatine,7)、β-胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol,8)、芥子醛(Sinapaldehyde,9)、Ligballinol(10)、(+)-松脂醇[(+)-Pinoresinol,11]、(+)-1-羟基松脂醇[(+)-1-Hydroxypinoresinol,12]、3-O-Syringyl-taraxerol(Fibrarecisin,13)、去氧黄藤苦素(Fibleucin,14)、黄藤内酯(Fibraurin,1 5)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,16)、蒲公英赛醇(Taraxerol,17)、松柏醛(Coniferaldehyde,18)。其中化合物1—3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical composition extracted by ethanol from Fibraurea recisa Pierre were studied by separation and purification method of silica gel and gel chromatography,and the structures were identified by spectral analysis.A total of 18 compounds were separated and identified as xylopinine(l),corydalmine(2),docosanoic acid(3),palmatine(4),jatrorrhizine(5),berberine(6),tetrahydropalmatine(7),daucosterol(8),sinapaldehyde(9),ligballinol(10),(+)-pinoresinol(11),(+)-1-hy droxypinoresinol(12),f ibrarecisin(13),f ibleucin(14),f ibraurin(15),β-sitosterol(16),taraxerol(17)and coniferaldehyde(18).Compounds 1—3 were separated from the title plant for the first time.
