摘要
基于草莓新品种DUS测试指南,对15个新品种进行37个形态性状的数据调查,计算了等位变异数目和Shannon-Weaver多样性指数,根据果实大小的分布情况,研究了不同数据的分级,并进行了对应验证。结果表明:37个形态性状在15个草莓新品种中检测到104个等位变异,平均每个性状检测到2.8108个;平均Shannon-Weaver多样性指数为0.8254(0.3926—1.5640)。1 5个草莓新品种的果实在7.0—36.5 g,单个品种的平均果实在10.20—29.35 g;通过用果实大小的全部数据分级并进行对应拟合,可将等位变异数目从3个提高到9个,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数从1.0852提高到2.0616。
According to the DUS testing guideline of new strawberry varieties,15 new varieties' 37 morphological characters were investigated and their allelic variations and Shannon-Weaver indexes of diversity were calculated.Also the fruits' weight distribution and their grading based on different data were researched and verified.The results showed that 104 allelic variations were detected in the 15 new varieties' 37 morphological characters,or averagely 2.8108 allelic variations per morphological character.The Shannon-Weaver indexes of diversity were between 0.3926—1.5640 and averagely0.8254.The 15 varieties' fruit weights were 7.0—36.5 g and a single variety's average fruit weight was 10.20—29.35 g.Through grading and correspondingly fitting all the data of fruit weights the allelic variation number and Shannon-Weaver index of diversity could be increased from 3 to 9 and from1.0852 to 2.0616 respectively.
