拔牙矫治对安氏Ⅲ类患者上气道以及舌骨位置的影响研究

Study of the effects of extraction treatment on the upper airway dimensions and the hyoid position in patients with class Ⅲ malocclusion

目的探讨拔牙矫治对安氏Ⅲ类错合患者上气道矢状径和舌骨位置的影响。方法对18例恒牙早期安氏Ⅲ类错合患者,拔除前磨牙并采用直丝弓矫治技术进行治疗。于矫治前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片,对矫治前后上气道矢状径和舌骨位置及相关指标进行统计分析。结果矫治结束后患者上气道骨性鼻咽、鼻咽、腭咽段矢状径增加,舌骨向后下旋转。结论拔牙矫治对Ⅲ类错合患者上气道上段矢状径以及舌骨位置有影响,上气道下段大小无明显改变。

Objective To investigate the effects of extraction treatment on the upper airway dimensions and the hyoid position in patients with class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods 18 patients in early permanent dentition with class Ⅲ malocclusion were treated with premolar extractions and straight wire appliance. Cephalometric analysis of upper airway dimensions and hyoid position before and after extraction treatment was performed in each patient, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results After treatment, the position of hyoid showed a lower and posterior movement, the dimensions of nasopharyngeal and velopharyngeal area of upper airway got raises. Conclusion The extraction treatment affected the upside of the upper airway dimensions and the hyoid position of patients with class Ⅲ malocclusion, there was no other signifficient change in the airway.
