近代以来,中西比较的理论视野往往围绕着传统与现代、先进与落后、孰优孰劣展开,以致中国传统文化自身的主体性被重重遮蔽。究其原因,除"落后就要挨打"的逻辑之外,现代性扩张中文化进化论的高歌猛进也是一个非常重要的因素。要重树中国文化的主体性,实现恰当的文化自觉以及适度的文化自信,必须澄清其失落的学理背景。当下,中国政治、经济、文化的发展世界瞩目,重树中国文化主体性现实条件正在充分孕育,其实现图景空前清晰。

In modern times, the theoretical horizon of comparison between China and the West always focuses on the traditional and the modern, the advanced and the backward,and the superior and the inferior;as a result, the subjectivity of Chinese traditional culture is obscured in a large part. Besides the logic of “lagging behind leaves one vulnerable to attacks”, another important reason leading to this fact is the rapid development of the cultural evolutionism in the expansion of modernity. In order to regain the subjectivity of Chinese traditional culture and develop certain cultural consciousness and moderate cultural self-confidence, it is necessary to clarify the theoretical background of the lost subjectivity. At present,the development of China＇s politics,economy and culture has drawn attention of the world,so the realistic conditions of regaining the subjectivity of Chinese traditional culture are fully breeding, and the prospect of future is distinct unprecedentedly.
