摘要
价值是一种关系,是主体与客体之间的一种特殊关系,即意义关系。价值关系本质上是利益关系。价值观念则是人们对客观的价值关系的观念把握。价值观与价值评价密切相关。价值评价必须考虑主体的需要和利益,必须把主体的需要和利益作为内在尺度运用于评价的客体。价值观是价值关系应然状态的期盼与展示。社会主义核心价值观应当也必须反映社会主义的本质特征,应当也必须是社会主义社会价值关系应然状态的期盼与展示。任何社会大变动时期都会发生价值重估的问题,主要表现为对传统价值观念的重估。当代中国正处在一个大变革时期,这一变革最突出特征和最重要意义就在于,它把现代化、市场化和社会主义改革这三重重大的社会变革浓缩在同一个时空中进行了,构成了一场前无古人、艰难复杂的伟大的社会变迁,它必然引发价值重估的问题,也必然为重建社会主义价值观开辟广阔的思维空间和社会空间。
Value is a kind of relation, in particular a meaning relation between the subject and the object;and value relation is in essence one of interest that has its own natural expectancy and overt appearance. Value orientation is the command of objective value relation. It is intimately associated with value assessment, which must take into account the needs and interests of the subject, and to treat them as inherent norm to apply to evaluating the object. Therefore, the Socialist kernel value orientation should be and also must reflect the essential characteristic of Socialism, and should be and must reveal the natural expectancy and its appearance. Since any big social change should give rise to value re-appraisal, with particular reference to traditional values, the status quo of China is featured with its framing of the modernization, marketing, and Socialist reform into the same temporo-spatial domain, which appears to be a great social event unprecedented, arduous, and complicated and will hence raise the issue of value re-assessment, and in consequence open up new thinking and social space.
