地方高校心理咨询中双重关系的问题及对策

The Problem and Countermeasure for Dual Relationship of Psychological Counseling in Local Universities

从当前地方高校心理咨询的发展现状入手,对高校心理咨询中的双重关系的危害及原因进行分析和探讨。在此基础上提出以下三点建议,(1)完善学校的相关制度,保障高校心理咨询师的专职、专用;(2)逐步建立健全和完善高校心理咨询中的伦理规范;(3)加强对高校心理咨询师的督导,以减少高校心理咨询中的双重关系问题的发生,促进地方高校心理咨询的健康发展。

Starting from the current development of local colleges and universities counseling,the author analyzed the harm and the cause of the dual relationship of the psychological counseling in colleges and universities.On that basis the following advice was given:(1)Improve the relevant systems of colleges and universities to keep psychological consultants full-time and dedicated;(2)Gradually establish and perfect the college and university psychological counseling ethic value system;(3)Strengthening the supervision of psychological consultants.In order to reduce the problems caused by the dual relationship of the psychological counseling in colleges and universities,and promote the healthy development of local college and university psychological counseling.
