略论云南民族文化强省建设的标志及其与“示范区”建设的关系

文化强省的标志是什么?文章从七个方面论述了正在建设中的云南民族文化强省的标志与意义:云南文化多样性的保护、繁荣发展为世界提供有说服力的范例,不断彰显云南各民族文化的共同繁荣及其对社会和谐的促进作用,提供我国民族政策成功的范例;文化提升民众的精神生活,提高民众的幸福指数,文化在物质生活上造福于民,惠及民生;文化促进面向西南开放重要桥头堡建设;文化促进绿色云南建设和生物多样性保护;建成文化能持续发展繁荣和充满创新精神与活力的示范区。文章继而列举诸多实例,进一步探索了"示范区"建设对建设云南民族文化强省的促进作用。

What is the symbol of cultural province？ This paper discusses the symbols and significance of the cultural construc- tion of Yunnan province from seven aspects ： the protection, development and prosperity of the ethnic culture of Yunnan province can constantly highlight the common prosperity of all ethnic group in Yunnan culture and its effect on promoting social harmony, which will provide convincing examples of success of China＇s ethnic polity; culture can improve people＇s spiritual life and happi- ness index, and benefit them in material as well;it can enhance the building of the bridgehead project, green Yunnan and the biodiversity conservation; cultural construction can facilitate the sustainable development of the innovative and vital demonstration zone. Then the paper further explores the positive impact of the demonstration zone building on the ethnic culture construction.
