摘要 步入新时期,我国正面临着高素质、创新型、专业化教师队伍建设的重要课题。构建师范大学、教育行政部门、中小学校三方合作的教师教育共同体是实现优质教师队伍建设的有效途径。三方合作的教师教育共同体有利于提高师范生培养质量、提升在职教师培训成效、促进教育资源整合、开展教育科研合作研究、凸显教育行政部门教育职责,对高素质、创新型、专业化教师培养产生了积极推动作用,成为"转型期"我国教师教育领域一个新的可行性探索。 Education is of vital importance in carrying out a long- term project and teachers in education. In the new period, China is faced with the important subject of building a high - quality, innovative and professional teachers team. The collabora- tive teacher education community composed of the normal university, educational administrative department and primary and mid- dle schools is an effective way to solve this subject. It is conducive to improving the quality of normal students education and ef- fectiveness of in - service teacher training, promoting the integration of educational resources and education cooperative scientific research and also highlighting the responsibility of educational administrative departments. In fact, it has produced positive effects on enhancing high - quality, innovative and professional teacher training and become a new feasible way in the exploration of China's teacher education in the new period.
