摘要
周期性耐力项目训练负荷的生物学基础是不同运动方式的能量供应和能量利用特征。随着对能量代谢特征认识的深入,有氧训练对周期性耐力项目的重要性逐渐达成共识,无氧训练在周期性耐力项目中的受关注度逐渐增加。有氧训练以低强度持续训练为主,无氧训练更加关注高强度间歇训练。
The biological basis of cyclic endurance sports is the energy supply and utilization in various exercises .With the expansion of metabolic knowledge in sports ,agreement on the im‐portance of aerobic training in cyclic endurance sports is gradually reached ,and more emphasis is put on the anaerobic training .Aerobic training is primarily performed in form of low intensi‐ty continuous training ,while the high intensity interval training attracts more attention in anae‐robic training .
