芹黄素联合紫杉醇对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株增殖、迁移及凋亡的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨芹黄素联合紫杉醇对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞株增殖、迁移及凋亡的影响。方法采用MTT法测定人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖活性;用Transwell法测试细胞的迁移情况;用流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡。结果芹黄素与紫杉醇单独用药对细胞的抑制作用随药物浓度的提高而增强,呈浓度依赖性,联合用药有协同作用;两药联用后,抑制细胞的迁移能力和诱导细胞的凋亡作用增强。结论芹黄素与紫杉醇联用可协同抑制人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖和迁移,并诱导细胞的凋亡。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of apigenin combined with Paclitaxel on the proliferation, migration and apoptosis of human breast cancer cell line MCF -7. METHODS The MTr test was used to measure the cell proliferation and transwell assay was used to measure the cell migration, and flow cyctometry was used to determine the cell apoptosis. RESULTS MTr assay showed that MCF- 7 cells were both inhibited by apigenin or Paclitaxel in a dose -dependent manner, more obvious effects could be achieved if the two drugs were used in the combination. When the two drugs were combined, the effect of inhibitive the cell migration and induc- tive the cell apoptosis became more obvious. CONCLUSION Apigenin can synergistically inhibit the proliferation, migration and induce the apoptosis of MCF -7 cells with the combination of Paelitaxel.
