HPLC测定养阴通络合剂中的梓醇

Determination of catalpol in Yangyin Tongluo mixture by HPLC

目的用HPLC法测定养阴通络合剂中的梓醇含量。方法采用HypersilC18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（1：99），流速1．0mL·min^-，检测波长210nm。结果0．0204～0．51μg梓醇的线性关系良好（r=0．9997），平均加样回收率为99．3％，RSD=1．41％（n=6）。结论所用方法操作简便、准确，可用于养阴通络合剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of eatolpol in Yangyin Tongluo mixture, METHODS The determination was carried out with a Hypersil C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）and acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid（ 1 ： 99 ） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1, and the detective wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 0204 - 0.51 p,g （ r = 0. 9997 ）. The average recovery of the method was 99.3 % （ RSD = 1.41% , n = 6）. CONCLUSION The results show that this method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Yangyin Tongluo mixture.
