GC法测定复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏中薄荷脑含量的不确定度评定

Evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of menthol in Compound dexamethasone acetate cream by GC

目的探讨气相色谱法测定复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏中薄荷脑含量的不确定度评定方法。方法分析测量不确定度的来源,建立数学模型,并计算各分量引入的不确定度,合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果扩展不确定度为3.0%(κ=2);测定结果为99.4%±3.3%。结论所用方法可用于GC法测定药物含量的不确定度评定,使测定结果更加准确。

OBJECTIVE To investigate a procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of menthol in Compound dexamethasone acetate cream by GC. METHODS Sources of uncertainty measurement were analyzed. A mathematical model was established and the uncertainty introduced by each component, and composed standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated, respectively. RESULTS The expanded uncertainty U95 was 3.0% , the coverage factor K = 2. The measurement result was 99.4% ± 3.3%. CONCLUSION The method can be used for the evaluation of uncertainty measurement by GC, and makes the result accurate and reliable.
