摘要 目的测定叶绿素铜钠胶囊中总铜的含量。方法应用原子吸收分光光度法进行测定,采用标准曲线法计算总铜含量。结果平均回收率为100.9%,RSD=0.97%。结论所用方法准确、精密度高,可作为该药的质量控制方法。 OBJECTIVE To determine the total content of copper in Chlorophllin copper sodium capsules. METHODS Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) was used to perform the detection with standard curve method. RESULTS The average recovery rate of sample was 100.9% with RSD of 0.97%. CONCLUSION AAS is accurate, highly precise for the content determination of total content of copper, and can be used as the quality control method for Chlorophyllin copper sodium capsules.
