摘要
目前,LCD行业已经趋于成熟。各大面板企业都在提升自身产品的竞争力:高分辨率、高色域、轻质化、窄边框化以及高对比度等等。本文从聚酰亚胺取向层材料方面着手提高对比度进行了研究与阐述。研究过程中利用实验室与产线进行了实际测试,通过对比不同性质的取向膜材料所制作的平面电场宽视角(ADS)模式液晶面板,证明了配向能力越高的取向材料得到的面板对比度越高。高配向力的取向层可以使液晶分子的排列更加有序化,在常暗模式的FFS显示器中,初始位置的液晶分子预倾角越低,液晶面板的暗态越好,在亮态相同的情况下,对比度将会提高。
At present,the LCD industry is maturing.The panel enterprises continue to improve competitiveness of their products,high resolution,high color gamut,narrow bezel and high contrast ratio and so on.This paper expounds how to improve contrast ratio with the polyimide orientation material.Laboratory research and production line test has been done.By comparing the Advanced Super Dimension Switch(ADS)mode liquid crystal panel with the different orientation material,it concluded that the higher the orientation materials,the higher the contrast ratio to get the panel was.With high force orientation layer,it can have the better arrangement of the liquid crystal molecules.For normal dark pattern FFS display,the lower pre-tile angle of the liquid crystal molecules,the better LCD darkness and contrast ratio will be improved.
