摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术,利用NI USB-4431数据采集卡、LabView软件研发了一种伺服转台Stribeck摩擦测量系统,实现对光电设备伺服转台的Stribeck摩擦力矩测试。该套系统通过LabView程序控制USB-4431数据采集卡,实现了对转台速度、加速度、电流的采集、显示、存储、数据分析等功能。以某一光电设备T型架方位转台实验,获得该转台的最大静摩擦力矩参数、库仑摩擦力矩参数、临界速度和黏滞摩擦系数。经验证,将摩擦参数带入模型中,正弦曲线引导下,转台仿真与实验的速度相关系数达0.99。该系统人机界面友好,可实现在线显示与测量,提供丰富接口,系统功能可做进一步扩展。
Based on virtual instrument technique,in order to realize measuring Stribeck friction toque of servo turning table on optoelectronic device,a kind of Stribeck friction measuring system was developed using NI USB-4431 Data Acquisition Card.Using Labview to control USB-4431 Data Acquisition Card,this system can realize the collection,display,save and analysis of physical data,including velocity,acceleration and current.The experiment is carried out on the azimuthal servo turning table of T type support,the parameters of max friction,coulomb friction,critical velocity,viscous friction were obtained.The experiment verified that the correlation coefficients between simulation and experi ment velocity can reach to 0.99 under sine guide when the friction model was used.The system provided friendly human-computer interface,it can realized on-line display and measurement,it also provided plentiful ports.The function of the system can expanded for other use.
