摘要
盐胁迫能够抑制棉花种子的萌发,影响棉花的生长。探讨棉花种子和种苗在盐胁迫下茉莉酸(JA)和茉莉酸甲酯(Me JA)对棉花种子萌发、幼苗生长、水分含量、根系活力、脯氨酸和氧化损伤的影响,有助于阐明植物激素对棉花种子萌发的调控机制。结果表明:在300 mmol/L Na Cl处理下,添加0.025μmol/L JA和0.25μmol/L Me JA均使种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数全面提高;JA和Me JA最高促进种子根伸长了25.74 mm,根系活力最高提高了17.3μg/(g·h),同时使棉花幼苗的脯氨酸含量上升了6.69μg/g,丙二醛含量降低了5.27 mmol/g。说明JA和Me JA能够显著缓解盐胁迫对棉花种子伤害,促进棉花种子的萌发和幼苗生长,JA和Me JA处理组整体作用效果较一致。本研究结果可为JA和Me JA在棉花生产中的合理使用提供科学依据。
Salt stress can inhibit the seed germination and growth of the eottoa. The effects of jasmonic acid (JA) and methyl jasmonic acid (MeJA) on seed germination, seedling growth, water content, root activity, proline and oxidative damage in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) were investigated under the salt stress, it will be helpful to elucidate the regulatory mechanism of plant hormones on the germination of cotton seeds. The results indicated that the seed germination rate, germination potentiality, germination index, and vigor index were whole improved with adding 0. 025μmol/L,0.25μmol/L JA and 2.5μmol/L MeJA, respectively, under the treatment of 300 mol/L NaC1. JA and MeJA promoted the seed root extension by 25.74 ram, root activity increased by 17.3μg/( g·h), at the same time, the proline content of cotton seedling increased by 6.69μg/ g,malondialdehyde content reduced by 5.27 mmol/g. JA and MeJA can significantly alleviated salt stress on cotton seed damage, promoted the cotton seed germination and seedling growth MeJA and JA was consistent. The study results provided a scientific basis for the in cotton production. , and the treatment effect of rational use of JA and MeJA
