摘要
试验以抗虫棉99 B为材料,通过测定发芽率、幼苗叶片电导率、根系活力、POD酶活性和叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量等相关指标,研究了硝普钠和Ca2+混合浸种对盐胁迫条件下棉花幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:硝普纳和Ca2+混合液浸种,显著提高盐胁迫条件下99 B棉花种子发芽率、幼苗根系活力、POD酶活性、叶绿素及脯氨酸含量,显著降低幼苗叶片的电导率及MDA含量。其中0.1 mmol/L硝普纳和5 mmol/L Ca2+混合浸种处理,对提高盐胁迫条件下棉花幼苗的抗性效果最佳。
Abstract:In this paper,we study the effects of seed soaking with sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and Ca^2+ on the growth of cotton 99 B by investigate the electrical conductivity, germination rate, root activity, POD activity and the contents of chlorophyll, praline and MDA of cotton 99 B seedling. The results showed that SNP and Ca^2+ mixed solution soaking can significantly increased the seed germination rate, root activity, POD activity, the contents of chlorophyll and proline, and significantly reduced the electrical conductivity and MDA content of seedling leaves under salt stress. Seed soaking with 0. 1 mmol/L SNP and 5 mmol/L Ca^2+ has the best effect on the salt stress resistance of cotton seedlings
