摘要
建立了含5项喹诺酮类多残留鳗糜自然基体标准样品(RM)制备方法。通过鳗鲡药浴并控制药浴液初始浓度与定时捕捞、均质、辐照灭菌、均检稳检、协同定值等过程,制备了预期目标含量水平的含氟甲喹、噁喹酸、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星等喹诺酮类多残留鳗糜自然基体标准样品。
A method of producing natural matrix reference material minced eel with five quinolone multi residues was established. The live eels were dipped in the medicated bath with multi quinolones. Quantity of the reference material minced eel with expected multi quinolones( containing flumequine,oxolinic acid,ofloxacin norfloxacin,and ciprofloxacin) residues quantity was obtained with the procedure of controlling initial concentrations of the chemicals in the medicated bath,controlling bath time,homogenizing with bag mixer,hermetic packaging,irradiation sterilizing,homogeneous testing and stability testing. The certification analysis was carried out by 12 different labs.
