摘要
为了解决小城镇二泵站供水能力不足、高耗能等问题,介绍了Lingo软件的功能及特色,总结了二泵站优化调度的方法。分析了四川省某县自来水厂二泵站的运行现状,并将Lingo应用此水厂二泵站的扩能改造,改造后可满足新增供水量2万m3/d,供水能力达4万m3/d,在此基础上每天可节约用电量453.53kW·h,每年可节约人民币约11.372万元,实现了二泵站的扩建节能优化改造。
To solve the insufficient capacity and the high energy consumption of water-supply pumping station, the functionality and features of the Lingo software were introduced in this pa- per. Optimal scheduling methods of water-supply pumping station were summarized. The current operation status of the water-supply pumping station in a water treat ment plant in Sichuan Prov- ince was analyzed and the Lingo software was employed in the expansion and reconstruction of the water-supply pumping station. After the reconstruction, the water supply capacity of the water treatment plant was increased from 20 000 m3/d to 40 000 m3/d. As a result, the electricity was saved with 453.53 kw.h daily and the cost was saved with 113 720 YUAN RMB annual. The appli- cation of Lingo in this example realized the optimization of the pumping station.
