摘要
向家坝水电站建设具有混凝土总量大、施工强度高等特点,在设备运行管理上采用系统工程方法,克服了设备种类多、技术含量高、设备间作业干扰大和安全风险高等困难。着重阐述了分阶段合理布置设备并完善运行保障机制、采用新工法和科学的协调管理方法提高设备生产效率,强化运行安全与风险管控,以及提高设备装拆移机的安全管理水平与工作效率,有力地促进了工程建设目标的顺利实现,同时,通过积极探索创新大型施工设备管理技术,提高了设备运行生产效能及工程经济效益,可借其他类似工程建设管理借鉴。
The construction of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is characterized as large total concrete amount and high construc- tion intensity. In the equipment management and operation, the method of system engineering is used to overcome the difficulties such as the multi - kind of equipments, high technical requirement, large interference among equipment operation and high safety risk. The management measures are demonstrated, including reasonably arranging the equipments in stages and perfecting the op- eration and guarantee mechanism, improving the productive efficiency by using new technique and scientific - coordinated man- agement method, strengthening the operation safety and risk management and control, raising the efficiency and safety manage- ment level of equipments dismantle and relocation, which promotes the realization of the construction goal. Meanwhile, the oper- ating and productive 'efficiency and economic profit are improved through the exploration of management technology of large scaled construction equipment.
